In 2015, S. Narinder Singh Oberoi joined the company as Managing Director, bringing with him extensive experience in industrial management and a vision for modernization. Under his leadership, Balvindera has expanded its product range and enhanced manufacturing processes, integrating advanced technology while preserving the craftsmanship that defines the brand.

With Mr. Oberoi's mentorship, we incorporated modern CNC machinery and improved production methods, elevating the quality of our products to match industrial standards. His guidance has been central to our growth and consistent success.
